Does the customer need an app?
No. NFC reading is built into the phone. On an iPhone XR or newer, and on almost every Android since 2016, holding the phone near the card raises a notification that opens your link.
What if their phone has no NFC?
The back of every card carries a QR code with the same link. Open the camera, point it, done.
Can I put my logo and colours on it?
Not yet. There is one design: the white card you see on this page, with the Google mark and five stars. Customers recognise it straight away, and printing a single design is what keeps the price low. If you need your own artwork, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. Send us the new address and we point your cards at it, free for the 12 months of warranty. If a card stops working in that time, we replace it.
Is this allowed by Google?
Making it easy to leave a review is fine. Filtering for happy customers only, or paying for reviews, is not. So every card goes straight to your public review form, for every customer. We do not build "rate us first" funnels that quietly send unhappy people somewhere else.
How long does the chip last?
There is no battery in it. The chip is rated for about ten years and 100,000 reads, and the card is waterproof.
What if I am not in Cluj-Napoca?
We are a Cluj-Napoca business and we hand every order over in person. That is the point: you watch the card work on your own phone before you decide anything. If you are somewhere else, write to us and we will find a way to get it to you.
What do you collect from customers?
From the person tapping, nothing personal. The card opens your review page in their own browser. We ask them for nothing, we set no cookies and we do not follow anyone across other sites.
